Mana Town Center (MTC), developed by Gallman Development Corp. is envisioned to be Kawit's main destination for shopping, dining and services by it's growing population.

Located at the Centennial Highway as the dynamic commercial growth corridor of Kawit and Daang Hari as the location of Ayala's planned Commercial Business District (CBD), just two (2) kilometers from MTC, the owners Gallman Development Corp., decided to maximize the value of the property on which it's batching plant, Tokwing Infinite Inc. had its operations.

From this insight, MTC arose. MTC would not be a mall similar to box-like structures of most malls. It would be a 'town concept', a community, designed with separate buildings, walk ways, and mini gardens, to evoke an experience of personal leisure and convenience for people.

Hence, it's tagline "leisurely convenient". Leisurely, because MTC will be like 'a walk in the park', to use a cliche; convenient , because it will provide a wide choice shops, restaurants, coffee shops and services needed by people - in an ambiance for a pleasant experience.
